The restaurant offers typical dishes of the Piedmont region. These include, Carne Cruda, Vitello Tonnato and obviously Truffle-garnished dishes when in season. A fresh fish-based menu will be available during the weekend.
Restaurant guests can conveniently choose from an à la carte menu, proposed by the chef, or a generous buffet on the weekend, were they in need for a quick lunch between a pit and another. The sommelier offers a vast selection of high-quality wines, such as, il Fiore all’Occhiello and the Barbera d’Asti.
Members may also reserve the dining hall or our spacious terrace for special occasions.
